The Agency may grant requests, on a case—by—case
basis, for quantity limits in excess of thosespecified in subsection (e) (2) (A) and (e) (2) (B)above and (f) (4) below, for up to an additional5000 kg of media contaminated with non-acutehazardous waste.
We correct that oversight now,
even though these amendments were not earlier proposed.
