Safety Data Sheets submitted as exhibits with Solar’s amendedpetition revealed that Solar’s specialty adhesive, ImperialWhisper Spray, has as its main solvent Methylene Chloride.
The parties need to further discuss the extent
to which the specialty adhesive can be used for Solar’s otheroperations, and the extent to which an adjusted standard isneeded.
