This matter comes before the Board pursuant to an IllinoisEnvironmental Protection Agency (Agency) Motion for Extension ofTime to File Agency Recommendation, filed April 10, 1995.
The motion indicates that, while the
recommendation was due April 13, 1995, an extension until May 15,1995 would allow the Agency sufficient time to complete itsrecommendation.
The Board hereby
grants the Agency an extension of time until May 15, 1995 to filethe Agency recommendation in this matter.
