| - ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
April 14, 1971CEDAR PARK CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, INC.- Petitioner states that removal by scavenger disposal would
cost about $1000, but more importantly would risk spreading thedisease to healthy trees.- None objected to granting the variance
as long as the wind direction would carry the smoke away fromtheir residences.- The Board has granted variances in similar cases in
the past.- I, Regina E.
