PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS v. JERSEY SANITATION CORPORATION, an Illinois corporation
The Board granted respondent’s motion for summary judgment, relating to contested permit conditions. The Board found that respondent did not violate Sections 415 ILCS 5/21(d)(1), 5/21(d)(2), 5/22.17(a) and 5/22.17(b) (2000) of the Environmental Protection Act and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 745.181 and 745.201 of the Board’s regulations. This matter was ordered to hearing in order to adjudicate the remaining allegations.
