5145—12 and 13 are hereby amended as follows:
1.
Repeal the regulations found in paragraphs 7 of
Rule 1.07 of SWB—l2 and of Rule 3.01 of 5145—13 and in itsplace substitute the following:“‘All oxygen-demanding waste discharges and wastescontaining .suspended solids shall receive a minimum ofsecondary treatment, as defined herein, by December 31,1973.
“For sewage works which receive an influent of less
than 10,000 population equivalents (P.E.), secondarytreatment shall mean that degree of treatment which willresult in at least an 85 reduction in five—day bioc...
