ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY v. ROBERT WIERSEMA
The Board dismissed respondent's petition for review for lack of jurisdiction. The Board found that this Cook County respondent violated Sections 21(p)(1), (p)(4), and (p)(7) of the Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), (p)(4), (p)(7) (2000)), and ordered respondent to pay a civil penalty of $4,500.
