COUNTY OF SANGAMON v. EVERETT DAILY
The Board granted complainant’s motion for summary judgment and denied respondent’s motion for summary judgment. The Board found that this Sangamon County respondent violated Sections 21(p)(1) and (p)(7) of the Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), (p)(7) (2000)), and ordered respondent to pay a civil penalty of $3,000.
