Abstract:	iN THE MATTER OF: SITE REMEDIATION PROGRAM(AMENDMENTS TO 35 ILL. Adm. Code 102.108 and the Board’s First Notice Opinion and Order of November 1, 2001. Following the hearings, several participants submitted post-hearing comments to the Board. Section 740.120: The Agency supports the Board’s decision not to include a definition ofsoil in the Part740 regulations. Adm. Code 186. Under Section 186.190(n)(7), the laboratory must identify in its report any sample results with failures or deviations from the approved test methods or quality controlcriteria, such as data qualifiers.
