On May 8, 1980 the Environmental Protection Agency fileda motion for modification of the Board’s Order of April 3, 1980which dismissed the Village of Rantoul’s petition for a variancefrom the manifest requirements of Rule 501 of Chapter 9: SpecialWaste Hauling Regulations.
The dismissal was based on the noted
deficiencies in the petition and was not a finding that Rantoulwas in fact exempt under Rule 211(C).
