This matter involves an appeal of special conditions imposed
by the Agency in its October 4, 1990 approval of SSC’s RCRAClosure Plan.
The parties state that they have reached a
tentative agreement as to the remaining issues relating to therevised cleanup objectives and the Agency has prepared a draftrevised RCRA Closure Plan approval letter.
SSC has also
provided a waiver of the decision deadline until May 31, 1996.
