with various citizens to answer questions specific to-particular plants, three ofthe letters(sans attachments) are enclosed.

  • The Illinois Water Survey states “There are reports ofradioactive isotopes
associated with these waters (the Cambrian-Ordovician-Age aquifer) which can be afactor in its use.” To my knowledge, no one has addressed the resultant air quality issuewhen that water evaporates during cooling turbines and is discharged as vapor into theair.
