The Village proposes to make additions to its existing
water treatment facility.
Prior to this delay, completion of the new facility was
anticipated to be November 1, 1981.
The Agency received a complaint in
July, 1979 from 15 Norris City residents concerning this problem,and felt that before variance is granted petitioners must detailprocedures which they will take to minimize the potential of furtheroverflows and backups (Rec.
