The Board had several months ago been requested by the Agency(the proponent herein) to stay final action on this completedregulatory proceeding pending the Agency’s decision as to withdrawing part or all of its proposal.
The Board hereby requests that the Agency notify the Board
within two weeks hereof of its position on its proposal.
Failure
of the Agency to so act may subject the entire proceeding todismissal by the Board.
