ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY v. JAMES DAY
The Board entered an interim opinion and order finding respondent violated Sections 21(p)(1) and (p)(3) of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), (p)(3) (2000)) and assessing a penalty of $3,000.
