(ESG) filed a petition for review of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency’s (Agency) refusal to release any existing financial assurance instruments issued byFirstar Bank on the grounds that ESG had not provided acceptable alternate financial assurance.
The Board accepts this matter for hearing.
Hearings shall be scheduled and completed in a timely manner pursuant to the applicable
statutory decision deadline or as extended by waiver (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(2) (2000); 35 Ill.
