This rule is the result of a proposal filed by
Business and Professional People for the Public Interest (BPI).
(Board docket R90-24.) In its final form, the rule requires that as
of January 1, 1992, all documents, excluding exhibits, filed withthe Board by attorneys or organized environmental and tradegroups be submitted on recycled paper.
