(R90-12)The Board has opened Docket R90-12 to address USEPAamendments to the UST (underground storage tank) rulesduring the first half of 1990.
Since the authority for
Section 731.200 has been withdrawn, they may be subject toimmediate enforcement unless they have private insurancemeeting the requirements of 40 CFR 141.90 and 35 Ill.
