(R88-26)On May 24, 1990, the Board adopted a final Opinion andOrder adopting 35 Ill.
Accordingly, on June 31, 1990, the Board entered
a "reasons for delay" order pursuant to Section 7.2(b) of theAct.
However, for the reasons discussed on p.
30 of
the May 24, 1990, Opinion in R88-26, the Board did notincorporate the journal articles in 35 Ill.
