arguments having been heard, we hereby order the Illinois Pollution ControlBoard to immediately issue a prospective variance to Community LandfillCorporation allowing it to file its significant modification application within 45days.
Pursuant to the above order, Community Landfill Corporation may file its significant
modification permit application within 45 days but in no case later than Monday August 5,1996.
