County alleges that on August 6, 1996 American Fly, present owner and/or operator of afacility located in Will County and commonly known to the County as Illinois EnvironmentalProtection Agency Site No.1970500011, violated Sections 21(o)(2) and 21(o)(3) of the Act.
Therefore, the Board
finds American Fly has violated the provisions alleged in the administrative citation.

Penalties unpaid after the due date shall accrue interest pursuant to Section 42(g)
of the Act. The Rulesof the Supreme Court of Illinois establish filing requirements.
