The Agency alleges that on July 22, 1996, respondent,
present owner and/or operator of a facility located in Livingston County and commonly knownto the Agency as Rooks Creek Twp./Decker, violated Sections 21(p)(1) and 21(p)(3) of theAct.
Since there
are two (2) such violations, the total penalty to be imposed is $1,000.00.
