The County alleges that on July 25, 1996, respondent,
present owner and/or operator of a facility located in Will County and commonly known to theCounty as Lockport Twp./TR# 72-22960, violated Sections 21(p)(1) and 21(p)(3) of the Act.
Therefore, the Board
finds respondent has violated the provision alleged in the administrative citation.

Penalties unpaid after the due date shall accrue interest pursuant to Section 42(g)
of the Act. The Rules of the Supreme Court of Illinois establish filing requirements.
