County alleges that on September 30 1996 Vito Caprio, present owner and/or operator of afacility located in Will County and commonly known to the County as Vito Caprio Site,violated Sections 21(p)(1) and 21(p)(6) of the Act.
Therefore, the Board
finds Vito Caprio has violated the provisions alleged in the administrative citation.

Penalties unpaid after the due date shall accrue interest pursuant to Section 42(g)
of the Act. The Rules of the Supreme Court of Illinois establish filing requirements.
