- On page 3 of your Pre-Filed Testimony, you propose a new subsection, 841.105(b)(6),
allowing an exemption to the rule for impoundments “that are subject to a Closure Plan
and Groundwater Management Zone approved by the Agency prior to the effective date
of this Part.” To your knowledge, which impoundments in the State of Illinois would this
exemption apply to, were the rule to go into effect today? Respectfully submitted,
