permit, subject to conditions, for the Goose Creek Power Plant facility, an electric generating
station owned and operated by Ameren, located at 760 E 2150 N Road in Monticello, Piatt
County.
- Ameren and Goose Creek Power Plant stated in its motion that the
Agency has issued a revised CAAPP permit and, as a result, Ameren and Goose Creek Power
Plant “no longer seek to appeal the [Agency’s] CAAPP permit decision...
