The Illinois Pollution Control Board on November 1, 2001, adopted amendments to its livestock waste
regulations (In the Matter of: Livestock Waste Regulations, 35 Ill.
- Additionally, the
amendments repeal administrative portions of the Board’s regulations that are now covered under
Department of Agriculture regulations that went into effect January 1, 2001.
- The Board would like to thank the many parties who participated in this rulemaking, as they were integral
to the process of developing a complete record for the Board to consider.
