This proposes for public comment amendments to the Illinois hazardous waste regulations to
correspond with the amendments USEPA made during the first half of calendar year 2014.
- The amendments proposed by the Board relate exclusively to USEPA’s actions of February 7,
2014, relating to the e-Manifest System, and of June 26, 2014, relating to export requirements for
used CRTs.
