Proposed Changes to Site Remediation Program
March 12, 2002 - The Illinois Pollution Control Board is considering a proposal by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) to update and clarify rules and to make some substantive changes to the Site Remediation Program (SRP). Hearings have been held concerning In the Matter of: Site Remediation Program: Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 740, (R01-27). The Board is also considering a proposal submitted by Citizens for a Better Environment (R01-29), which has been consolidated with R01-027.
