Code Parts 211 and 217 to control the emissions ofnitrogen oxides ("NO,") from various source
categories such as industrial boilers, process heaters, glass melting furnaces, cement kilns, limekilns, furnaces used in steel making and aluminum melting, and fossil fuel-fired stationaryboilers.
Such
negotiations have led to the revision of certain provisions.
Accordingly, the Illinois EPA recommends the acceptance by the Board of
the following amendments to the rulemaking proposal:1.
