Mercury pollution from Illinois coal plants is a danger to our health and our environment .Illinois' mercury rule: - Requires coal plants to reduce their mercury pollution by 90 percent by 2009
- Does not allow for "pollution trading" schemes that would let some polluters buy their way out of
