Under the provisions of Section 28.5 of the Act (415 ILCS 5/28.5 (2004)), the Board is required to proceed within strict timeframes toward the adoption of the regulation.
The first is a motion seeking a waiver of copy requirements.

Code 102.304(f). Further, the Board has scheduled and held hearings in only one area of the State. Therefore, in Section 225.250(a)(3)(E)(i), the Board removed the roman numerals and spacing.
