status conference call, which took place on December 17, 2004, IAWA has been in contact withIllinois Environmental Protection Agency and the Illinois Department ofNatural Resources andthere have been on-going discussions oftechnical issues.
Ifpracticable, the status report must propose specific dates for a third
hearing, ideally with the agreement ofthose participants most actively involved in thisrulemaking.
