ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL, PROTECTION AGENCY v. VINCE HARVEY

This order follows the Board's interim order of April 1, 2004, which found that this respondent had violated Sections 21(p)(1) and (p)(7) of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), (p)(7) (2002)) at his Henry County facility.
