Criterion #2: The proposed facility is next to the Hollows, barely outside ofthe required
distance from a dense town home subdivision~,closer than required to a proposedcommercial and residential development (thathad been planned for many years), andupstream from the water source for many other communities.
The team was
using false assumptions and molded the results to support their position.
Again the McHenry County Board voted against this criterion due to the design ofthe
facility.
