FACTUAL BACKGROUNDExelon’s STC is located 3 miles southeast of Braidwood, Illinois, on Essex Road. Am. Pet. at 4. The unnamedtributary is 2.5 miles in length from Outfall 001 to the confluence with Horse Creek.
