The Agency shall publish and
make available to the public at intervals of not morethan three months a comprehensive and up-to—date listof sanitary districts and other wastewater treatment ortransportation authorities then subject to restrictedstatus on further sewer connections, as well as a listof those which are then under critical review by theAgency.
