proceedings for 60 days from the Board’s January 23, 1997 order.- As a result, if GCD does not file an
amended petition by May 5, 1997, the petition for adjusted standard filed on January 16th willbe subject to dismissal.- However, if GCD does file an amended petition by May 5, 1997, and publishes the
requisite notice of that request for adjusted standard, the Board will entertain Ms.Board hereby grants that motion. |
