Respondent’s request is rendered moot by a prior
Order of the Board issued today in this matter.

Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint in
PCB 76-6 is not only too late under the BoardProcedural Rules but once again the Motion contains nothing in support of such Motion. 4. Respondent’s fourth request appears frivolous on itsface, but in any event such an Order is beyond theauthority of this Board.
