At the
close of hearing, a briefing schedule was set which required theAgency to file its brief within 30 days, and the Village to fileits brief 14 days thereafter.
The motion recited that the 30—odd day
delay was attributable to redecoration of counsel’s officebuilding, which caused him to vacate his office, coupled with aheavy workload.
Additionally, the Board on its own motion will
grant the Village an extension of time in which to file itsbrief, which shall now be due on or before July 20, 1988...
