The Board accepted this matter for hearing on May 18, 2000.
They must be adopted as final rules no later than January 6, 2001.
The first hearing is scheduled for August 25, 2000, in Chicago and the second is set for September 11 and 12, 2000, in Springfield.
Despite the fact that the Agency submitted its proposal prior to the effective date of this legislation, it is clear from the language of the statute that the legislature intended to give the Board a full six months in which to examine the ELUC issue.
