requests in its order dated October 21, 1993.
In support of the motion SIRC states that the Agency
intends to file a proposal for listing styrene as a TAC on thebasis that it is already listed as a Hazardous Air Pollutantpursuant to Section 112 of the Clean Air Act Amendments in May of1994.
The deadline to finish the proceedings
and file this with the Secretary of State, however, is September10, 1994.
