On June 23, 1993, GM filed
a petition seeking site specific relief regarding the fluoridewater quality standard in the receiving waters at its facilitylocated in Danville, Illinois.
Pursuant to an uncontested motion to cancel hearing, on November
18, 1993, the Board stayed this matter for sixty days so theparties could determine whether additional relief would benecessary.
We hereby grant GM’S Motion to Lift the Stay and Schedule
Hearing.
