required to hold a hearing for a RCRA adjusted standard and that the petitioner cannot waivethe required hearing.- On August 23, 1996 the Agency filed a motion for leave to file a reply to Chemetco’s
response along with the reply.- Chemetco cannot waive hearing in this
matter.- Therefore, the Board disregards Chemetco’s waiver of hearing and will hold a hearing
on the petition.- Any briefing schedule shall provide for final filings as expeditiously as possible.
