The Agency alleges that on July 23, 1996,
respondent, present owner and/or operator of a facility located in Cook County and commonlyknown to the Agency as Markham/Village of Markham, violated Sections 21(p)(1) and21(p)(3) of the Act.
Since there
are two (2) such violations, the total penalty to be imposed is set at $1,000.00.
