    On December
    12,
    2012,
    a
    telephonic
    status conference
    was held with
    the
    hearing
    officer.
    The
    parties
    stated that discussions
    continue and
    that
    respondents
    are reviewing
    some
    discovery
    documents
    that
    were recently forwarded
    to them. Respondent
    Dupage
    County
    will
    forward
    some
    follow-up questions to
    the complainant in the
    near
    future.
    The complainant
    stated
    that
    respondent
    Village of Hinsdale
    is finalizing a draft
    of its
    settlement
    proposal and will forward
    to
    the complainant
    for its review.
    The
    parties or their legal
    representatives
    are directed
    to participate
    in
    a
    telephonic status
    conference
    with
    the
    hearing
    officer
    on February
    28, 2013,
    at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic
    status
    conference must
    be
    initiated
    by
    the
    complainant,
    but
    each party is nonetheless
    responsible
    for its
    own
    appearance. The complainant
    represented
    that
    it will notify
    the parties
    and the
    hearing
    officer
    of a call-in
    number prior to
    the next telephonic
    status conference.
    At
    the
    status
    conference, the parties
    must
    be
    prepared to
    discuss the
    status
    of the above-captioned
    matter
    and
    their readiness
    for hearing.
