HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 25, 2009, complainant filed a motion to amend the complaint,
along with an amended complaint. Respondent did not respond. Accordingly, the
amended complaint is accepted for hearing. Respondent must answer the amended
complaint by February 16, 2010 unless a stay or extension of time is requested.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 5, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
