HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will try to ascertain the status of the draft
permit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 19, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
