HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2010, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The public notice period for the permit has been extended, and USEPA’s
comment period has not expired.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 8, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is August 5, 2010.
