    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    Due to a scheduling conflict on the part of the hearing officer, the previously
    scheduled telephonic status conference on November 12, 2009, was cancelled and
    continued to the date and time noted below.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
    status conference with the hearing officer on December 10, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. The
    telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless
    responsible for its own appearance. The call-in telephone number supplied by the
    complainants will be the same as the August 26, 2009, call-in number. At the conference
    the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their
    readiness for hearing.
